Fred Talking, Blending and Tricky Words

Now we are getting more confident with our phonics, we have been learning to blend and to read some tricky words on sight. Here are our favourite phonics songs:

A big thank you to all the parents who attended our reading meetings. We shared lots of information about how to support your child’s journey to becoming a reader. We have been learning the Jolly Phonics Songs and actions to help us remember the sounds we have been learning.

Autumn 1

The children settled brilliantly into school and have already amazed us with the progress they have made. They have enjoyed exploring the learning environment and making new friends.
